Review :
Downtrodden factory worker Danny (Mel Raido) rises up against his neighbourhood oppressors with a helping clenched fist from the bouncers at a local nightclub. Based on Geoff Thompson’s autobiographical novel, this Coventry-set drama also features former Bond hopeful Colin Salmon as a “city samurai”, the philosophical doorman who instructs Danny in Eastern martial arts. Brutal big screen fodder for those who live for a lager-fuelled ruck on a Saturday night.
